Ayah Bdeir is the founder and CEO of littleBits, an award-winning platform of easy-to-use electronic building blocks that is empowering everyone to create inventions, large and small. Bdeir is an engineer, interactive artist and one of the leaders of the open source hardware movement. Bdeir’s career and education have centered on advancing open source hardware to make education and innovation more accessible to people around the world. She is a co-founder of the Open Hardware Summit, a TED Senior Fellow and an alumna of the MIT Media Lab. Bdeir was named one of Inc. Magazine’s 35 Under 35, one of NY Business Journal’s Women of Influence, one of Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business, one of Popular Mechanics’ 25 Makers Who Are Reinventing the American Dream, one of Entrepreneur’s 10 Leaders to Watch, one of the CNBC Next List, and one of MIT Technology Review’s 35 Innovators Under 35. Originally from Lebanon, Ayah now lives in New York City.

Jennifer Felch serves as Vice President of Enterprise Services of Dell’s Information Technology Organization.  Her responsibilities include Dell’s enterprise services organization which encompasses order management as well as our corporate data warehouse, master data, and BI/Analytics.  She has also lead Dell’s order experience effort, business architecture, and held several supply chain / factory operations roles. 

In addition to Dell, Jennifer has worked at Boeing, Parametric Technology (PTC), and several successful software startups.

Jennifer has a bachelor's and master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and is an alumnus of the Leaders for Global Operations Program at MIT, where she earned her MBA and an MS in Computer Science.

Kimberly Leeper joined CyraCom International in 2008 and is currently the Assistant Vice President of Finance. CyraCom is the leading provider of language interpreting services. The Company supports hundreds of languages and operates 24/7. CyraCom impacts the lives of millions in the United States by connecting those with limited English proficiency to many services. Leeper’s role entails managerial responsibility and strategic oversight of the operation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Finance Department.
Leeper holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Accounting from the University of Phoenix.

Safra A. Catz is chief executive officer of Oracle Corporation and a member of the company’s board of directors. She previously served as president of Oracle and has also served as the company’s chief financial officer. Catz first served as Oracle’s chief financial officer from 2005 to 2008, as executive vice president from 1999 to 2004, and as senior vice president from April to October 1999. She has served on the board of directors for HSBC Holdings, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations, since 2008.

Rick Jewell is a Senior Vice President of Applications Development at Oracle Corporation. Rick has been with Oracle since 1989 and has overall responsibility for Supply Chain Applications for the company. In addition to other product areas, Rick’s responsibilities include the recent acquisitions Oracle has done in Supply Chain, specifically; G-Log transportation management, Demantra demand planning, Numetrix advanced planning and scheduling, and Agile product life cycle management products.

Prior to Oracle, Rick spent 9 years with a large global systems integrator as well as serving as CIO for a Bay Area-based medical device manufacturing company. Rick is a graduate of Stanford University with a BA in Economics and a MS in Industrial Engineering.

 

Cindy Reese

Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations

Oracle

Cindy Reese is Oracle’s senior vice president for worldwide operations. Reese joined Oracle in 2010, when the company acquired Sun. Before that, she was with Sun for more than 10 years, where she was senior vice president for worldwide operations, responsible for running Sun's supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics programs, which were recognized by the industry for delivering high-quality and cost-effective product execution to Sun's global customer base. While at Sun, she held numerous leadership roles, including senior vice president for systems operations, vice president for storage operations, vice president for scalable systems manufacturing operations, vice president for high-end operations, and executive lead for the StorageTek integration. Overall, Reese's career spans more than 25 years in operations, with experience in procurement, strategic materials management, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
